Probing Systems & Styli
Scanning at its best - this is what awaits the user with the Leitz X and S series probes. With both the smallest representative of these scanning probes, the Leitz LSP-X1, and with the larger versions, the Leitz LSP-S2, LSP-S4, LSP-X3 and LSP-X5, it is possible to make all standard measurements such as discrete scanning, self-centring measuring and of course continuous high-speed scanning for fast, very exact shape and contour measurements. If the measuring depth is insufficient or measurements are necessary in places with difficult access, probe extensions provide assistance.
