Leitz LSP-S2

Coordinate Measuring Machines of the Leitz PMM-C, Leitz PMM-G as well as the Leitz Reference series are equipped with this state-of-the-art ultra high performance Probing System.Whether High Speed Single Point mode or High-Speed-Scanning – the LSP-S2 always provides maximum accuracy.

Design features of the Leitz LSP-S2 probe head:

• High Precision for styli lengths of up to 800mm
• Probing Error (ISO 10360-2) of up to 0.6µm
• Fast Probing frequency of 40 probings/min
• Integrated Collision Protection for probe head and styli

Leitz LSP-S4

The Leitz PMM-C Infinity, the most accurate CMM in the world, is equipped with the LSP-S4 probe head. In addition to the performance of the LSP-S2 this system offers ultra low probing forces.

Leitz LSP-X5

A new probe head especially developed for the High End Coordinate Measuring Machines of the Hexagon Metrology Group of companies.
Naturally, the LSP-X5 is capable of High-Speed-Scanning.

Design features of the Leitz LSP-X5 probe head:

• High Precision for styli lengths of up to 500mm
• Automatic styli weight balance system
• Integrated work piece temperature sensor

Leitz LSP-X3

The new LSP-X3 probe head provides high accuracy and repeatability out of a small format. It is a cost-effective solution, available for many CMMs of the Hexagon Metrology Group. Like all sensors of the Leitz LSP series, the X3 is capable of High-Speed-Scanning.

Leitz LSP-X1

The new LSP-X1 has been specifically designed to meet today’s requirements
for CMMs equipped with motorized indexing probe systems. Stylus length of up
to 250 mm and its small outer diameter allow measurements deep inside a work piece.

The LSP-X1 provides Single Point Probing, Self-Centering as well as Continuous High Speed Scanning.

• Compatible with the TESA Probe head program
• Fast Styli Change with the Leitz Auto Changer Rack (optional)
