Highly accurate, compact coordinate measuring machine for small workpieces

The robust construction of the Leitz Micra ensures the highest possible accuracy and outstanding long-term stability for measuring small workpieces. Thanks to the Leitz LSP-X1c probe system, high-speed scanning is available as standard with the Leitz Micra. The low force probing mode makes this probe system especially suitable for delicate surfaces – workpiece surface structures are subjected to minimum probe force in this mode. PC-DMIS or Quindos Software rounds off the overall package.

This coordinate measuring machine is truly at home in precision engineering, optical industries, electronics and telecommunications, medical technology, timepiece manufacturing and power train applications.
