Coordinate measuring machines for the production floor
Modern and flexible production systems require quick and precise information about process stability. Oil mist, dirt, vibrations and temperature fluctuations make quality assurance no easy job here.

The robust Leitz coordinate measuring machines (CMM) were specially developed by Hexagon Metrology for these situations. They defy the rough conditions on the production floor and supply precise measurements with the highest throughput and optimum integration into existing production lines.

New technologies and materials ensure that the measuring performance is not detrimentally affected by difficult environmental conditions like vibrations, temperature fluctuations and dirt.

Leitz Reference XT

The excellent Leitz scanning performance continues in the Leitz Reference XT series. The Leitz Reference XT has its nose out in front in terms of temperature resistance and can be integrated into production easily. Leitz Reference XT impresses with its great choice of different probe head systems: from the LSP-X1 in combination with the continuous wrist TESASTAR-m through the fixed measurement head LSP-X3c right up to the LSP-X5, which remains unflappable, even when used with extreme stylus extensions or heavy styli clusters.
